  Been a patient since last year and wanted to change a couple times as they are not that great. The times that I've been coming I feel that they treat me as if they are always in a rush. Much of the time I had to wait more than I expect. But the final straw was having to wait more than an hour past the appointment time. I was the second on the list, I saw that the people who were before me plus people who had arrived after me, were checked. I ask the staff that I have been waiting a long time, she answered “I’m sorry for the wait but there is so many patients, they would call soon” ????????? I made an appointment too!!!!! I’m very disappointed, I don’t recommend coming here unless you have nothing to do (even a job or other responsibility) and you can dedicate a whole day to wait and even don’t mind wait months for an appointment. At least the front desk staff is very nice.
